The hotel is ideally located near Suddar Bazaar with beautifully maintained lawns all around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though we faced some noise issues due to a party nearby. The service, particularly from Pinkie and Ram at the front desk, was absolutely brilliant and cooperative. The dining experience was good, and I particularly appreciated the efforts of the staff. However, there was an unfortunate incident where we were overcharged in a hurry to catch our train, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

This hotel was not an appealing place to spend the night. The rooms were very clean, but the staff moved us to gardens.
